A large Manufactuing client of Insight Global is looking to bring on a Senior Account Manager to join their team. This role will be hybrid onsite in Broomfield, CO, and looking to pay around $65/hr. At the start of this contract, the candidate will spend time doing knowledge transfer and gaining a comprehensive understanding of the role. This will happen through reviewing artifacts, shadowing meetings as well as shadowing the role.
Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
-Oversee Month-End Close Processes: Support May and July close processes, prepare for transition from the current manager, and manage a team of three FTEs.
-Identify Process Improvements: Observe employee performance, optimize technologies, and assess how Blackline can improve reconciliations.
-Generate Improvement Opportunities: Develop documentation, prioritize improvement opportunities, and debrief with project sponsors.

Bachelors degree
4-6 years of experience working withing this space
Experience identifying, improving, and implementing new processes; month end, quarter end, fiscal year end, ball employee performance, current technology, documentation and desktop procedures
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Experience overseeing and managing the team of FTEs
Experience working and managing communication and relationships with stakeholders
