Maintenance Technician Details :

• Direct Hire position
• $55, / annually
• First Shift (Monday through Friday from 07 : 00am to 03 : 30pm)

The primary focus of this position is to complete plant maintenance.

CRITICAL SKILLS : Electrical skills, mechanical skills, hydraulic skills, welding skills, and industrial maintenance skills

Maintenance Technician Qualifications :

• Insure correct and safe operation of equipment.
• Troubleshoot / maintain all motors, conveyors, electrical systems, manufacturing machinery, pneumatic, hydraulic manufacturing equipment.
• Perform the required PM on all plant equipment that require a PM.
• Identify damaged or worn parts and perform all repairs.
• Prioritize work orders and minimize downtime.
• Keep maintenance shop clean and organized.
• Safely operate cranes, power tools, hoist, and hand tools.
• Maintain maintenance reports using daily activity logs.
• Maintain air compressors and components.
• Install new electrical systems and controls.
• Perform repairs on forklifts and platform lifts.
• Perform task with minimal supervision.
• Train any new maintenance technicians.
• Fabricate as needed using Mig / Stick welding, cutting torch, and plasma cutters.

• Quality of assigned task.
• Production downtime due to maintenance issues.
• Task completed on time.
• Applicant may be subject to a background check
