Aston Carter is Hiring a Buyer Near Brooksville, FL
- Provides negotiation, purchase order and administrative support to the Procurement Manager
- Assist with different responsibilities in regard to request for quote (RFQ), request for proposal (RFP), Purchase Order creation, warehouse inventory management as required, contract filing and processing, goods reception and goods issue of all materials, services and goods under the responsibility of Procurement.
- Handle PO's and PO matching.
- Be able to decipher what goes to each location from a purchasing perspective (including locations in Mexico) and work with various stakeholders and locations to ensure all goals are met.
- Utilize SAP, Microsoft, etc.
- Prior Experience in Supply Chain purchasing
- Manufacturing preferred
- Must have skills to be able to present to management
- Negotiation Skills
- SAP required
- Excel (pivot tables and v looks up required)
