**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a detail-oriented Logistic Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating Bill of Ladings inbound and outcound shipments VIA: varies computer systems. The Logistic Coordinator will play a key role in ensuring the efficiency of logistics processes. Must be bilingual to fulfill job requirements (English & Spanish). This is an office position NOT warehouse position.
**Responsibilities:**
- Procure, stock, and manage inventory to meet operational needs
- Coordinate with suppliers and third-party logistics providers (3PL) to ensure timely delivery of goods
- Conduct root cause analysis to identify and resolve logistics issues
- Negotiate contracts with carriers and suppliers to optimize costs
- Utilize Warehouse Management System (WMS) for inventory tracking and management
- Oversee order fulfillment processes to meet customer requirements
- Manage transportation activities, including route planning and carrier selection
**Experience:**
- Proven experience in supply chain management, logistics, or related field
- Strong understanding of order fulfillment processes
- Knowledge of transportation management principles and practices
**Skills:**
- Bilingual is a MUST (Spanish & English)
- Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
- Ability to conduct root cause analysis for problem-solving
- Strong negotiation skills for contract management
- Knowledge of Order Fulfillment processes
- Understanding of Transportation Management principles
