Core Personnel Staffing Services is Hiring a Maintenance Technician Near Brookshire, TX
and liaise with third party suppliers on purchasing or repair jobs when required.
Involved in new assembly projects, engineering works and setting up new production
equipment.
Continuous improvement of factory workflow in terms of automation of processes, involve in
yield improvement and cost reduction projects.
Implement preventive maintenance schedule of all equipment and assembly lines together with
various line leaders.
Maintenance of production equipment and testing facilities, as well as troubleshooting system if
applicable.
Maintain Total Preventive Maintenance (TPM) program for the factory equipment and tools
used in the department.
Ability to work on machines and minimize shut down of work.
Participate in all facilities projects related to painting, daily maintenance and mechanical issues.
Adhere to all safety and quality lean initiatives.
Required Minimum Qualifications
- 5 years of relevant experience in facility and machine maintenance for manufacturing industry.
- Knowledge of Good Engineering Practices and understand maintenance programs and
- Knowledge and understanding of factory mutual requirements, operational support and capacity
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to utilize all hand tools as well as operate a forklift.
