Angels' Share Wines is hiring enthusiastic, driven, and eager Sales Representative's in MANHATTAN, BROOKLYN, and QUEENS to join our team.

As a Sales Representative and part of the Angels' Share Family, you will be responsible for selling our diverse portfolio of fine wines and developing meaningful relationships with your accounts.

The position requires mastering the wines in our portfolio, working in concert with our management team, and growing sales day by day.

We are seeking self-motivated, outgoing, and results-oriented people. If you have prior wine and sales experience, this is a plus.

If not, no problem; we will train you on the full range of our portfolio of artisanal wines. It is a bonus if you possess intermediate wine knowledge and hold CMS, CSW, or WSET certifications.

Angels' Share Wines is a distributor based in Red Hook, Brooklyn, New York. Since 2004, we have represented some of the world's finest wines.

We operate in New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut. Angels' Share Wines offers a wide range of small-production wines with unique expressions from family-owned wineries.

We focus on wines from the United States, France, and Italy. The company's offices and in-house tasting room offer beautiful waterfront views in Red Hook, Brooklyn.

Our sister company, the Red Hook Winery, produces a wide range of unique wines from vineyards throughout New York State.

THE DAY-TO-DAYALLSales Representatives are responsible for possessing a high level of knowledge of our portfolio, developing meaningful relationships with their accounts, and conducting educational programs for staff within their accounts.

• Develop a sales strategy / plan to identify and reach potential customers and decision-makers for new business relationships.
• Partner with key retailers, restaurants, and hotels in the specified market to develop meaningful relationships and monthly sales goals.
• It is essential to have an in-depth knowledge of the company's products, including their unique features and benefits compared to those of competitors. Ask questions!
• Prepare customized sales presentations based on producer programs and customer needs for each visit.
• Assist in organizing and participating in trade shows and consumer events.
• Aim to increase sales and accounts every month.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS (These are required to perform the essential functions of the job with or without reasonable accommodations) :

• Must be able to stoop, bend, squat, and reach more than 4 hours a day.
• Must be able to carry 35lbs (weight of an average case of wine).
• Ability to work flexible hours and dedication to selling every day.
• Willing and able to travel from account to account by vehicle and / or public transportation.
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle (necessary for NJ, Westchester, CT).
