Come join our team in Brooklyn, New York, where we're looking for experienced Family Nurse Practitioners to provide exceptional healthcare. Here's what you'll be doing:
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients, including reviewing medical histories, conducting physical exams, and performing diagnostic evaluations.
- Manage a caseload of 23-25 patients per day, ensuring they receive the best care possible.
- Enjoy a flexible schedule, with options for Monday through Thursday from 8 am to 5 pm, and Friday from 9 am to 1 pm.
- No weekends, on-call duties, or hospital rounds are required.
- Prescribe medications, therapies, and interventions as needed.
- Educate patients on disease prevention, health promotion, and managing chronic conditions.
- Collaborate closely with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.
- Proficiency in Spanish or medical Spanish is preferred.
