As a Remote Event Planner, you'll be working from home to support clients in curating and customizing their events. You will be working with clients remotely, primarily via email, phone, and video calls, to ensure their vision is brought to life.

Key Responsibilities : Engage with clients through phone, email, or video conferencing to comprehend their event preferences, interests, and budgetary constraints.

Craft personalized event itineraries encompassing transportation, accommodation options, and activities. Design custom-tailored events, considering clients' requests and preferences.

Assist clients in coordinating event logistics, including venue selection, catering, and entertainment. Coordinate reservations and furnish clients with detailed event plans.

Cultivate and maintain robust client relationships through exceptional service and personalized attention. Conduct post-event follow-ups to gather feedback and address concerns.

Qualifications : Previous experience in event planning or a related field is beneficial but not mandatory. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Problem-solving aptitude and the ability to handle unexpected event-related issues. Exceptional attention to detail and organizational capabilities.

Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work independently in a remote setting. Strong customer service orientation and a passion for creating memorable events.
