By the end of your first month, you will be expected to have developed a deep understanding of your team’s core products, participated in your team scrum ceremonies, and started completing tasks on your team’s backlog.
By 60 days, you will be able to lead team events. Have a firm grasp of the database and application relationships. Built rapport with Scrum Master, Manager, and teammates. Be able to handle moderately complex tasks with minimal pairing.
After your first three months as an Application Developer at Cogency, we expect you’ll have developed a solid understanding of all our services and products (not just your team’s). You will have started to take advantage of research and development time to fill knowledge gaps.
