the smile institute PC is Hiring a Dental Assistant Near Brookline, MA

The Smile Institute was founded in 2014 and is a private, fee for service dental practice located in Coolidge Corner in Brookline Massachusetts. Become part of the Smile Institute team approach to providing excellence in comprehensive dental care with a focus on quality, service and patient satisfaction.

Looking for full-time team player who loves being chairside and wants to be in a private practice environment that values their employees and patients.

Our office is on the MBTA and has staff parking available. The dental assistant will provide clinical support to facilitate the relationship between our patients and dentists, increase the efficiency of delivering quality dental care and maintain communication between dentists, patients and administrative staff to ensure a positive patient experience.

Responsibilities:

Greet and prepare patients for treatment

Chairside assisting during a variety of dental procedures

Digital radiographs and intra-oral pictures

Prepare, breakdown, disinfect and sterilize treatment rooms and instruments

Maintain strict compliance with infection control, CDC, OSHA and HIPPA

Maintain dental supply inventory

Perform other related job duties as assigned

Qualifications: Mass Dental Assistant License Radiograph license

Strong verbal skills

Possess required certifications, license or registration as required by state

Job Type: Full-time 35-40 hours a week (Tue-Sat)
