**Job Overview:**

We are seeking compassionate Caregivers to provide essential care and support to individuals in need. As a Caregiver, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the quality of life for those you assist.

**Responsibilities:**

- Provide direct care to individuals in various settings such as homes, nursing homes, or hospice facilities

- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, and toileting

- Prepare and serve meals according to dietary needs

- Support residents' rights and dignity at all times

- Offer companionship and emotional support to individuals in your care

**Requirements:**

- Prior experience in caregiving, hospice care, or related fields is preferred but not mandatory

- Knowledge of patient care practices and protocols

- Ability to assist with direct support tasks effectively

- Familiarity with home care routines and nursing home environments

- Strong communication skills and empathy towards individuals requiring care
