BGSF is Hiring a Financial Analyst Near Brook, IL
BGSF has teamed up with a large real estate and investment organization based in Oak Brook, IL. They are currently hiring for a Financial Analyst II and will operate on a hybrid schedule; 2-3 days/week onsite. Please note they are looking for someone who has at least 3 years of Financial Analysis experience and also has strong experience with NAV.
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee the monthly NAV calculations and analysis for asset funds
- Assist with monthly close and financial preparations
- Work with legal documents, loan review and REIT.
- Handle financial modeling over areas such as forecasting, financing, acquisitions and sales
- Prepare benchmarking, trend and variance analysis as needed
- Preform complex financial modeling, analyze the data and develop financial reports
- Review legal documents, such as leases, management & partnership agreements and loan documents
- Work directly with the leadership and portfolio finance team
- Demonstrate a high level of integrity and keep up to date with financial principals and NAV
- Work directly with Yardi and Microsoft Excel
Qualifications:
- Must have at least 2 years of strong NAV (Net Asset Value) experience
- Must have at least 3 years of financial analysis experience
- Must have experience with REIT
- Must have strong Excel skills
- Bachelors Degree in Finance or Accounting required
