Partnership Employment is Hiring a Branch Manager Near Bronx, NY
Community bank located in the Bronx is looking to hire a new Branch Manager opening. This is a full-time, fully onsite position.
Responsibilities:
- Identify sales opportunities, build relationships, promote Bank's products and services to enhance branch profitability and make referrals to grow the market.
- Provide exceptional customer service, offer solutions for customer needs, effectively communicate to make recommendations, etc.
- Manage and grow a book of business partnering with Lending Officer, CRA, etc
- Conduct regular staff meetings to ensure that goals and objectives are clearly communicated with branch staff
- Oversee reports related to operations of the branch
- Oversee opening/closing procedures of the branch office
- Hire, train and develop new employees in the branch
- Manage branch controls to meet audit guidelines, comply with all aspects of Bank Secrecy Act, AML and OFAC regulations
Qualifications:
- Associate’s Degree, Bachelor is a plus
- Must have good computer skills (PC and windows)
- At least 5 years of experience at a bank
- Computer Skills: PC, Windows, and Internet proficient
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $91,000.00 per year
