Hi All,

We are excited to share that we are adding a Junior Bookkeeper to our team. Please note that this is a hybrid position, you must be able to commute to work 3 days a week and work from home 2 days a week during during off season (May- December). During tax season you must be able to commute to work 4 days a week and work from 2 days a week (Jan-April).

Requirements

• Must be knowledgeable and proficient with QuickBooks Online
• 1-3 years of bookkeeping experience preferred
• Proficient with Microsoft office
• Comfortable communicating with client on a regular basis
• Strong attention to detail and team-oriented attitude

Responsibilities

• Assist existing bookkeeping team coordinate with external clients and successfully complete month end bookkeeping
• Communicate with clients to clarify and oversee proper recording of accounting transactions
• Assist CPA in compiling reports for client on monthly for quarterly basis
• Compile reports for clients to show trend and variances month over month
• Perform bank reconciliations monthly
• Assist Senior Team members with quarterly reports for estimated tax calculations
• Performs other duties as assigned
• Be able to commute to the office 3-4 days a week and work from home 1-2 days a week.
