Job Description :

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate In-Home Care Provider to join our team in Broken Bow, Nebraska. The ideal candidate will have a passion for care and the willingness to make a significant difference in the lives of our clients.

This role involves assisting clients with daily activities, providing emotional support, and promoting their overall well-being.

Responsibilities :

• Assist clients with personal care activities including bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, enhancing their quality of life.
• Assist with light housekeeping tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation.
• Facilitate client engagement in physical activities and social interactions based on their capabilities and interests.
• Administer medication reminders and assist with mobility and transportation needs.
• Monitor and report changes in the client's health, behavior, and needs to the care team.
• Maintain accurate records of care provided and communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members.

Qualifications :

• High school diploma or equivalent. Certification in CPR and First Aid is preferred.
• Previous experience in caregiving or a similar role is highly desirable.
• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
