Here's what a day in your boots might look like:
- Master the art of sandblasting and painting, ensuring a flawless finish on every project.
- Collaborate with coworkers to fabricate metal parts using hand and power tools.
- Set up and operate machinery.
- Maintain a keen eye for detail, performing quality control checks to guarantee all products meet specifications.
- Keep your work area organized and efficient, ensuring a smooth workflow.
- Prioritize safety as you work.
- Embrace new challenges and be willing to learn - we'll train the right candidate!
- Thrive in a hands-on, industrial, or manufacturing environment.
- Have a strong work ethic and take initiative.
- Possesses excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Have flexibility for overtime.
- Be able to lift 10–20 lbs. repeatedly and occasionally up to 50 lbs.
- Bonus points for experience in: welding, fabricating, cutting, coating, assembling metal parts, and using a sandblast machine.
