Job Coaches are responsible for teaching a variety of work skills to individuals with disabilities in a variety of settings. Job coaches must model good work ethics including professionalism, reliability, honesty, punctuality and attention to detail. 

As a Job Coach at Looking Upwards, you will: 

• Transport person(s) to and from house, job site, community activity site.
• Assist person(s) at their job site
• Attend necessary training before start working and as needed
• Daily documentation
• Weekly communication with supervisor regarding changes, progress and updates.

Mandatory Qualifications and Requirements:

• Be at least 19 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Access to and provision of an insured and inspected automobile on an ongoing basis.
• Ability to complete CPR, First Aid, CPI and other required trainings as necessary.
