Unilock Michigan is expanding the Accounting Department and is seeking candidates for a Junior Accountant position at our Brighton location.
Job Responsibilities include:
- Prepare and process cash receipts, credit card payments and daily deposits.
- Maintain cash position spreadsheet.
- Assist with processing credit applications.
- Assist with updating annual customer pricing.
- Assist with year- end audit and various project analysis.
- Perform month end procedure, including account reconciliations, customer and inter-company reconciliations
- Fixed Assets and Item Card.
- Assist Month End closing
- Assist with budgets and year end process
- Physical inventory counting
- Bill of materials and inventory costing
- Sales Tax and Use tax reporting
- Prepare and complete special projects, including research, as necessary.
- Perform other related duties as assigned
