Maintains interior and exterior of all assigned branch facilities, and oversees the upkeep of equipment and supplies. Inspects grounds, exterior, and entrances to ensure cleanliness and to ensure facilities are free of debris for a safe work environment. Maintains consistent positive public relations with employees. Communicates with vendors and tenants. Performs responsibilities in compliance with State and Federal laws.
Travel to TBK Bank locations within assigned region at least twice monthly, to maintain maintenance and cleanliness of assigned location, interior and exterior of property and equipment.
Review and understands agreements in place, for all locations.
Manage onsite requests for leases where bank is lessee or lessor.
Assist in ice and snow removal, as needed.
Maintain interior and exterior at all bank owned properties, including weeding, painting, trimming shrubs, and general maintenance.
Maintain all exterior and interior light systems, as feasible.
Respond to maintenance calls during shift.
Maintain facilities supply closets, garages and storage areas in a neat and orderly manner.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Complies with safety procedures, uses required safety equipment, and informs supervisor of unsafe practices or conditions.
Weekend and night hours occasionally required; be available for emergencies and occasional out of hours projects.
Evaluate and manage outside vendors.
Maintain bank owned maintenance vehicles.
Promotes bank products and services and models excellent customer service.
Performs other job duties as required.
Must have 5 years driving experience
3-5 years of recent maintenance experience
Must have a high level of knowledge and experience with various skilled trades used in building and grounds repair and maintenance.

Ability to work in a confined area.
Ability to sit at a computer terminal for an extended period of time. Occasional stooping or kneeling may be necessary.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, sit, talk, hear and use hands and fingers to operate a computer keyboard and telephone.
Specific vision abilities are required by this job due to computer work.
Light to moderate lifting is required.
Regular, predictable attendance is required.
