This position will perform professional legal work for the County Attorney, including representation of the County in hearings and trials, and advising the Board of County Commissioners, elected officials, and directors. Assigned legal responsibilities vary by position and may include direct representation of elected offices or other areas of focus, including particular subject matters or areas of expertise (employment law, elections, land use, tax law, contracts, etc.). This position will focus on land use, including review of land use cases, development agreements, changes to codes and regulations, and enforcement of land use requirements.
The County Attorney's Office has elected to hire based upon an individuals qualifications.
Career: $95,384.55-$138,307.60Annually
Senior: $120,420.80-$174,610.16 Annually
