I am looking to hire an experienced tax preparer to help part-time with preparing Partnership / S-Corp / Schedule C / 1040 returns. The majority of the workload will be during tax season, but we do prepare extended returns throughout the summer and fall.

$50 - $60 / Hour D.O.E.

I am looking for someone professional, dependable, self-motivated and detail oriented.

- 5 years of Tax Prep Experience is a must

- CPA required

- Drake tax software experience is a plus

We will make sure you are comfortable with our internal processes, but are only looking for candidates that have extensive tax prep knowledge. The expectation is for the work to be completed with very little management or oversite.

We are a small accounting firm located in Brighton, CO that specializes in small business bookkeeping, payroll and income taxes. The work environment is a positive, laid-back atmosphere and we generally work from home. However, I would like to hire someone in the Denver Metro area so that we can meet in person when needed.

There is potential for the position to develop into other accounting services as well, depending on workload and what the hired employee would like to do. Income tax is the primary focus but along with company growth, there could be additional opportunities.
