Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse specializing in Telemetry to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care in a telemetry unit, monitoring vital signs and telemetry readings to detect any irregularities.

Duties:
- Monitor and interpret telemetry readings
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician
- Document patient care services accurately and thoroughly
- Educate patients and their families on disease prevention and post-hospital treatment plans
- Perform discharge planning and coordinate patient transfers

Qualifications:
- Valid RN license in the state of practice
- BLS certification; ACLS certification preferred
- Previous experience in telemetry or related field
- Strong knowledge of telemetry monitoring equipment and interpretation of data
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $2,400.00 - $2,500.00 per week
