Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain various types of heavy equipment, including backhoes, loaders, dump trucks, and water trucks.
- Follow safety protocols and ensure equipment is operated in a safe and efficient manner.
- Complete daily equipment inspections and report any issues or maintenance needs.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and within specifications.
- Adhere to project plans and blueprints to ensure accurate execution of tasks.
Skills:
- Proficient in operating backhoes, loaders, dump trucks, water trucks, and other heavy equipment.
- Commercial driving experience with a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Knowledge of horizontal drilling techniques and procedures.
- Ability to read and interpret project plans, blueprints, and specifications.
- Strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot equipment issues as they arise.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and supervisors.
- Physical stamina to withstand long hours of outdoor work in various weather conditions.
