Our Client is seeking a Customer Service Representative (Bilingual Spanish) in Bridgeport, NJ.
Earn an hourly rate at this full-time, temporary position, working Monday through Friday 8 : 30 AM to 5 : 00 PM.
Job Description :
- Provide exceptional customer service regarding products and rewards via phone
- Answer a minimum of 85 inbound calls daily
- Resolve customer questions and concerns effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction
- Build and maintain business relationships with clients by providing prompt and accurate service
- Perform various data entry tasks
Job Requirements :
- High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED)
- Must have a minimum of 6 months of Call Center experience
- Customer service savvy
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Prompt, polite and courteous
- Must be Bilingual : English / Spanish
