Responsibilities:
- Review medical records and claims for accuracy and completeness
- Identify coding errors or discrepancies and take appropriate action to resolve them
- Ensure compliance with ICD-9 and ICD-10 coding guidelines
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to obtain missing or additional documentation
- Communicate with insurance companies to resolve billing issues
- Assist in the development and implementation of coding and billing policies and procedures

Experience:
Entry Level position

Note: Certification in medical coding (such as CPC or CCS) is preferred but not required.
