Who are you?
This is a full-time, hybrid role located in Brentwood, Tennessee. The Well-being Program Manager, also known as a Client Services Manager, works with the Propel Client Services team to lead clients from around the world and assist them in designing and implementing effective well-being programs for their employee populations.
You will be combining your strategic planning skills with Propel's fully customized platform solution to implement and manage exciting well-being engagement programs and deliver meaningful results for your accounts.
The ideal candidate is highly skilled in written and oral communication, has a background in employee benefits consulting or well-being program management, and is able to operate with a high level of autonomy.
