Position Overview/Responsibilities For The Associate Marketing Manager
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute impactful marketing campaigns for new store openings, fostering strong working relationships and alignment of goals.
- Identify root causes of underperformance in stores/regions through data analysis, working closely with the Customer Analytics team, and implement targeted marketing tactics to address specific challenges and drive improved results.
- Monitor competitive activity and market trends to develop proactive marketing strategies that maintain market share and customer loyalty, leveraging data insights to stay ahead of the competition.
- Foster innovation and internal collaboration by actively participating in strategy development sessions, encouraging idea-sharing, and contributing innovative marketing tactics to enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Utilize data-driven decision-making processes to inform marketing strategies, optimize campaign effectiveness, and achieve a balance between planned and responsive marketing activities across various channels.
