Seeking an enthusiastic person to work with boys ages 12-18 at Valley Lake or 16-21 at our new Transition Home location! This could be weekday hour shifts between the hours of 4pm-10pm, and weekend hours between 6am-10pm. Vacation is earned, up to 32 hours per year. Time and a half for over 40 hours. Monthly stipend for working 20 hours per week. Holidays that land on the weekend are included. Some opportunity for weekday/evenings or overnights. Duties: ensuring the safety and supervision of residents, transportation to group activities, appointments, etc., working with boys outside during summer work program, planning and implementing recreational and free time activities. Preference given to those who have worked with youth, have experience working in a residential facility and who have CPR/First Aid certification. To be in compliance with our MN DOC license, applicants be be 21 years old, have a valid drivers license and pass a background check. Training provided.
