Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to oversee our ski and snowboard operations at our Breckenridge Main St location. Duties:

- Manage day-to-day operations of the establishment
- Implement strategies to achieve sales targets and profitability
- Oversee inventory control and ordering processes
- Ensure high standards of customer service are maintained
- Supervise staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate financial records
- Utilize Rpro & EasyRent systems for efficient retail & rental flows
- Maintain cleanliness and compliance with health and safety regulations

Qualifications:

- Previous management experience required
- Proficiency in Rpro and/or EasyRent systems is preferred
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities
- Knowledge of inventory control practices
- Familiarity with ski & snowboard industry trends is a plus
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Prior experience in retail management or similar role
