Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate all facets of construction projects for a large multifamily development.
- Develop project schedules and coordinate with subcontractors to ensure timely completion.
- Manage subcontractor activities and conduct on-site visits to ensure quality and safety standards are met.
- Oversee the implementation of all safety protocols and procedures.
- Provide timely and accurate progress reports to the owner.
- Monitor the progress of the project to ensure the completion of tasks is in accordance with the plans and specifications.
- Ensure that drawings, specifications, and other documents are up to date.
- Manage all communications between the owner and subcontractors.
- Identify any potential issues or conflicts and resolve them quickly and efficiently.
- Ensure that all paperwork is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
- 5 years of experience in multifamily construction.
