Job Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Swim Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in swim instruction with certification.
Responsibilities:
- Instruct swim lessons to individuals or groups of all ages and skill levels
- Develop and implement lesson plans tailored to the needs of each swimmer
- Provide constructive feedback to help swimmers improve their technique and skills
- Ensure the safety of all participants in the swimming area
- Maintain a clean and organized pool environment
Experience:
- Certification in lifeguarding, CPR, and first aid is a plus
