Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Patient Service Representative at our Branford, CT location. The Patient Service Representative will be responsible for tasks such as appointment scheduling, phone etiquette, insurance verification, and medical terminology. They will also support the overall functioning of the medical office.
