Overview:
The Enterprise Monitoring Engineer is an entry level position that will help to ensure the delivery of high-quality services with a focus and emphasis in the areas of performance, alerting, and observability of critical enterprise applications and infrastructure. Support an advanced monitoring program that diagnoses, and proactivity identifies and corrects events before affecting customer experience and service levels. Ensure that all incidents and problems are investigated, and any gaps are addressed and implemented into the ITSM Framework. This position is a stakeholder facing role and requires that you establish and manage expectations within the business and drive the IT team to achieve those expectations to a high standard. This service includes using enterprise monitoring, correlation and AIOps software to apply solutions to infrastructure and applications to ensure service level agreements are achieved.

Salary Range for a Enterprise Monitoring Engineer role: $78,000.00-$112,000.00.The actual base salary is based on geographic location, and the range is representative of salaries for this role throughout Selective's footprint. Additional considerations include the candidate's qualifications and experience.
