High Focus Centers in Branchburg is a premier provider of outpatient treatment programs for mental health, substance use and co-occurring disorders. Our highly trained staff create individualized, comprehensive and robust treatment plans designed to meet each client’s treatment goals. At High Focus Centers in Branchburg we are currently seeking a Licensed Counselor to join our amazing team of behavioral healthcare professionals providing Partial Hospitalization (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient (IOP) treatment services to our co-occurring adolescent clients. Licensure Required: LAC / LSW / LPC / LCSW 

Shift available: 8am-4pm, 9am-5pm, 10am-6pm

Salary: $56,000/year-$60,000/year (with retention and referral bonus opportunities!)

Clinical responsibilities include:

• Evaluate behavioral, emotional, cognitive, spiritual, and social needs of clients and family members'
• Facilitates all clinical services for clients including individual and family sessions, therapeutic groups, and referral source/ outpatient provider contact.
• Develops client specific treatment plans and participates in aftercare plan development and outcome data process
• Other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:

• Must have LSW, LAC, LCSW, or LPC. 
• 1 year experience working with adolescent population required.
