Power Lodge Adventures is rapidly growing and ready to be taken to the next level! As a Rental Associate you will be responsible for servicing existing customers, identifying new customers, and maintaining the rental equipment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Work with sales staff and marketing to promote rental fleet.
• Initiate excellent customer service interaction with rental customers.
• Maintain accurate records of rental fleet equipment using company provided technology.
• Monitor and manage daily reservations.
• Answer questions on rental fleet in person, over the phone, or by email.
• Maintain open communication with customers on reservation status, time, and location drop off.
• Complete proper rental agreements, obtain a copy of customers drivers license and timely document in company software.
• Properly prepare rental invoicing and receive payment.
• Work with Accounting Department on any payment issues.
• Wash, detail, and fill equipment with gas prior to reservation.
• Effectively review and document rental equipment status, gas level, and mileage prior to and after each reservation.
• Inform customers on basic safety requirements and Power Lodge Adventures requirements on equipment prior to departure.
• Answer any questions customers might have on equipment they are using.
• Review with customers of any status change in equipment upon delivery of reservation.
• Confirm waiver is completed at time of rental.
• Be able to load and unload a trailer - strapping units down correctly for towing etc.
• Work with rental manager on providing price information on any areas that are damaged upon delivery of equipment and charge customer accordingly.
• Work with rental manager to schedule maintenance on equipment with Service Department.
• Work independently with little or no supervision.
• Any other duties as assigned.
• Primary location is onsite in Outing, MN.
• Potential for long term employment.
