The Goddard School, located in Marshallton(West Chester), a preschool / childcare center, is currently seeking a loving, fun, and energetic full-time building substitute teacher to join our team! Experience working in an early childhood setting is helpful, but we are also happy to help a great candidate just entering this field.

As a full time substitute, you will gain experience working with children from 6 weeks to 5 years of age. This is a great way to get your feet wet in the world of early childhood education!

Candidates must have high school diploma

Responsibilities :

• Our teachers care and educate our children, while meeting the individual needs of each child.
• Our teachers creatively customize and implement weekly lesson plans and schedules.
• Our teachers interact with the children to support play, exploration, and learning.
• Our teachers communicate appropriately and professionally with parents and fellow staff.
• Compliance with current governmental regulations and company procedures and policies.
