Description

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Individuals to join our team as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst.

AWARE provides Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to individuals in their home, school, and community. We also provide ABA to residents in our adult and youth group homes and behavior risk services.

Responsibilities:

  • Provides direction and coordination in developing and implementing service and individual treatment plans.
  • Assesses the behavioral needs of youth and adults and makes treatment recommendations.
  • Performs as the lead member of an inter-disciplinary team and makes intervention suggestions to other members of the support team.

Requirements

Excited to join our organization?AWARE's Board Certified Behavior Analysts earn $70,000.00 per year.

Talents, skills, and abilities:

  • An advanced degree (MS, MA, PhD) in Psychology, Social Work, or related field.
  • Requires three (3) years of direct work experience, and must be certified in Behavior Analysis.
  • In addition - and as a condition of continued employment - AWARE's BCBA must maintain the specific professional license and/or professional certification as required by state, federal governing boards and other such certification boards
