Clark Fixture Technologies, Inc. is Hiring a Quality Manager Near Bowling Green, OH

We are a small yet global manufacturing company. This job is 50% Quality Manager and 50% CMM Operator.

Responsible for Quality Control activities including maintaining the AS9100D, ISO 9001-2015 QMS and the CMM Lab ISO 17025 QMS.

Monitors adherence to procedures and work instructions through non-conformities, internal audits, continuous improvements, and Corrective Actions.

Implement new procedures and train as necessary, including projects to improve the quality of products and / or the Quality System(s).

Quality, Productivity, Service

Demonstrate a commitment to following and continually improving the Quality System(s), keeping productivity at its optimal point, and of service to our customers both internally and externally.

Communication

Communicate with the President as to status of work, accomplishments, and problems. Provide insight to meeting current and future production and quality goals. Provide an open line of communications with all other departments.

Education, Experience and Skills Required

1. Associates Degree minimum along with specialized education, training, and experience in the Quality field.

2. SPC training and / or experience.

3. Previous experience in implementing and / or maintaining AS9100D, ISO 9001 & ISO 17025 Quality Management Systems.

4. Ability to read and interpret blueprints accurately, including at least a basic understanding of GD&T and datum schemes as they relate to CMM inspection

5. Knowledge of and experience with a variety of measuring instruments (e.g. calipers, micrometers, optical comparator, etc.)

6. Good oral and written communication skills.

7. Possess good organizational and problem-solving skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour
