Overview:
We are seeking a Field Service Technician to join our team, skilled and experienced preferably, however, we are willing to train if you are willing to learn. As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance services to our customers. You do need to be mechanically inclined, will mainly be servicing floor cleaners and batteries that could weigh up to 100lbs. It is possible you will maintenance other equipment, will discuss it in more detail when interviewed.

Responsibilities:
- Perform maintenance, and repair of equipment at customer sites
- Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment issues, utilizing problem-solving skills to identify solutions
- Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance
- Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and provide technical assistance and guidance
- Complete service reports and documentation accurately and in a timely manner

Qualifications:

-Requires a valid state driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
- Demonstrates excellent customer relation skills including ability to follow up to ensure closure of issues.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical individuals
- Problem-solving abilities with a logical approach to finding solutions
- Proficient in troubleshooting and repairing equipment

The company will reimburse you for mileage.

Starting pay is $15.00, after 30 days will increase to $16.00.

Hours are flexible.
