Bowling Green Pediatric Denistry is Hiring a Dental Office Receptionist Near Bowling Green, KY

Overview:

We are expanding our office and looking to grow our team. We are seeking a dedicated Dental Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in a medical or dental office setting and possess knowledge of medical terminology and HIPAA regulations. Responsibilities:

- Greet patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls and schedule appointments
- Verify insurance information and process payments
- Maintain patient records and confidentiality
- Assist with billing and coding procedures
- Coordinate patient flow within the office
- Handle inquiries and provide accurate information to patients

Qualifications:

- Previous experience as a Dental Receptionist or in a similar role is preferred
- Knowledge of dental office procedures and terminology
- Familiarity with Dentrix, Dentrix Ascend or other dental software is a plus
- Understanding of HIPAA regulations and patient privacy laws
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
