CyberCoders is Hiring a Regional Property Manager Near Bowling Green, KY

Company Overview: We are a nationally recognized multifamily housing management and consulting firm that specializes in HUD, LIHTC, and Market-Rate communities. Due to continued growth within our organization, we are in immediate need of hiring a Regional Property Manager with a strong background in HUD and Tax Credit.
Position Overview: The Regional Property Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing a portfolio of multifamily properties throughout the region and will work closely with property owners and local staff to ensure properties are properly maintained and comply with all local, state, and federal laws. The Regional Property Manager will work a hybrid work model based out of either Western Kentucky or Nashville, TN.
  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Manage a portfolio of multifamily properties
    • Develop and implement strategies to maximize occupancy and tenant retention.
    • Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the properties.
    • Negotiate and enforce leases and contracts with tenants.
    • Develop and implement marketing plans to attract new tenants.
    • Prepare and review financial statements and budgets.
    • Ensure that all properties are meeting established performance targets.
    • Maintain and update records associated with each property.
    • Develop, review, and monitor policies and procedures for the properties.
    • Resolve tenant and customer service issues promptly.
    • Conduct regular inspections of the properties.
  • Qualifications:
    • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or related field.
    • At least 5 years of property management experience.
    • Knowledge of HUD, Tax Credit, and Conventional Market-Rate Properties
    • SHCM, HCCP, COS, CPO, BOS, CPM preferred
    • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Strong problem solving and communication skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
