BHGR is seeking a highly qualified attorney with 3-6 year's of experience in complex litigation, including specific experience in construction litigation. Preferred candidates will have experience across many facets of litigation, including legal research and writing, written discovery, electronic discovery, depositions, expert discovery, mediation, and trial.

This position will provide the associate with the opportunity to take a significant role in complex litigation matters with a growing and supportive team.
