Hamamoto Dentistry is Hiring a Dental Front Office Near Bothell, WA

Dental Receptionist job duties and responsibilities:

We have an office-site company to handle billing and insruance eligiblity

All other aspects of dental front office would be included but not limited to:

  • Greeting patients.
  • Answer all phone calls and emails, answer any client questions, and take messages if needed.
  • Scheduling appointments.
  • Collect payments and enter payment
  • Post procedures
  • Treatment Plan Presentation
  • Run end of day reports
  • Confirmation, recare and follow up calls
  • Send and transfer records

Software: Dentrix

An ideal canidate would have knowledge of dentistry. Assistants encouraged to apply.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $33.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
