Main aim of job

· Guaranteeing and maintaining of the availability of the production, quality and building equipment

· Carrying out of overhaul, rebuild, service and repair tasks including the reduction of the maintenance costs

· Support of the continuous improvement process through putting proposals into actions

Specific duties and responsibilities

· Repair of assembly and material handling equipment

· Servicing and preventive maintenance of assembly, material handling equipment according to service instructions and control instructions

· Rebuilding and improvement of assembly equipment (root cause analysis and improvement)

· Creation of operating manuals, service instructions and control instructions for the production equipment

· Detailed recording of the fulfilled tasks daily in SAP

· Effective coordination and execution of the assigned tasks and workorders

· Responsible for meeting the OSHA/safety requirements in the work area - maintain as required

· Proposals for job related and organization related improvements

· Ensure quality, effectiveness, cleanliness and keep your responsible area in order

· Use of tools for calibration

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $28.00 - $32.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
