Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Patient Representative to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have experience in medical or dental office settings and possess strong administrative skills.

Responsibilities:
- Greet patients and visitors in a professional and courteous manner
- Schedule patient appointments and follow-up visits
- Verify patient information and insurance coverage
- Assist with patient registration and check-in processes
- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and direct calls to appropriate personnel
- Maintain patient records and ensure accuracy of all documentation
- Process billing and insurance claims
- Collaborate with medical staff to ensure efficient patient flow

Experience:
- Prior experience in a dental office, medical office, or medical administrative support role is preferred
- Familiarity with medical terminology and office procedures is advantageous
