**Job Summary:** We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Server/Cashier. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing transactions accurately, and contributing to the overall success of our restaurant. **Responsibilities:** - Greet customers warmly and assist them with menu selections - Take food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system - Provide recommendations and upsell additional items to enhance the dining experience - Process payments accurately and efficiently - Maintain a clean and organized work environment - Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders - Adhere to food safety standards and regulations **Skills:** - Customer service - Upselling - Retail math - Time management - Proficiency with Aloha POS system is a plus - Previous experience in food service or restaurant industry preferred - Knowledge of food safety practices - Culinary background is advantageous If you are passionate about delivering excellent service, have a knack for sales, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
