- As the Industrial Engineer/Maintenance Manager you will plan and coordinate the manufacturing process.
- The Industrial Engineer develops, evaluates, and improves manufacturing methods – utilizing knowledge of product design, materials and parts, fabrication processes, tooling and production equipment capabilities, assembly methods, and quality control standards. In addition, you will manage the maintenance team/needs of the plant by prioritizing work orders, meeting deadlines, and supervising the maintenance team.
- Do preventive maintenance on plant equipment, vehicles, and lifts.
- Hoist & Crane maintenance and repair.
- Forklift/Tractor preventative maintenance/repair.
- Operate and repair Eurovac System. Computer, Wi-Fi, etc. troubleshooting/repair.
- Make other miscellaneous repairs as needed.
- Work on electrical and air tools.
- Run electrical circuits in the plant when needed.
- Project Management.
- Maintain an acceptable level of quality.
- Delegate and monitor assignments.
- Budgeting.
- Clean area daily.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
