Camp Resolute

Camp Resolute is home to Adventure Day Camp. Camp Resolute's Adventure Day Camp is located on Little Pond in Bolton, Massachusetts.

The Reservation offers 325 acres of beautiful forested land and wilderness for a wide variety of outdoor programs for day campers including hiking, swimming, boating, rappelling, rock climbing, ropes courses and fishing on Little Pond.

• Full-season availability preferred
• Some outdoor camping experience
• Enjoy working outside

General Responsibilities of Day Camp Staff

• Maintain a fun, welcoming, and safe environment for our campers and visitors
• Set a good example by serving as a role model for campers
• Work collaboratively with other staff members in a variety of activities and programs
• Assists campers in activities and program as needed
• Participate in pre-camp training week
• Other duties as assigned to specific position or by camp management
• Perform duties consistent with with the Scout Oath and Law
• Be familiar with and follow BSA Youth Protection, Guide to Safe Scouting, and Sweet Sixteen of BSA Safety policies and guidelines

Requirements :

• Must be at least 16 years of age when camp starts. If hired, must register as a member of the Boy Scouts of America
• Applicants over age 18 must apply as an adult member and pass a criminal background check
• Submit a completed application
• Provide 3 references
• Valid First Aid / CPR / AED certification recommended
• Some area director positions require National Camp School certifications, training assessed after hiring
