Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Leasing Agent to join our team Tue-Fri 10-6 and Sat 9-4. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, with knowledge of office tasks. Www.fairviewcrossing.com
Duties:
- Conduct property tours for potential tenants
- Prepare and review lease agreements and contracts
- Provide exceptional customer service to current and prospective residents.
- Coordinate and book keep property maintenance requests and repairs
- Assist in the marketing and promotion of available units
- Upsell additional services or amenities to tenants
- Utilize Entrata and similar software for lease management
- Manage customer relationships effectively
Experience:
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction
- Proficiency in upselling techniques
- Knowledge of book keeping and quick to learn software
- Ability to speak Spanish is a plus
