We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing quoting, project planning, design, and implementation to ensure successful project completion within the specified time frame and budget.

Responsibilities:

- Design and develop project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resources allocation

- Manage project execution, ensuring adherence to budget, schedule, and scope

- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to deliver project requirements

- Manage field technicians and daily schedules.

- Working with sub-contractors, on quotes, project status, and QC.

- Conduct process mapping to streamline project workflows

- Using computer cloud base systems and other project management tools for efficient project tracking

-Entering work orders into systems and dispatching crews.

-Working with customers on dailiy updates, meetings, sales, project status, and schedules work to be completed.

- Any other work to ensure customer's projects are running smoothly.

Experience:

- Proven experience in program design and development

- Strong vendor management skills to ensure project success

- Knowledge of IT infrastructure and systems integration

- Proficiency in Agile project management methodologies

- Experience in process mapping and optimization

- Using project management tools

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $28.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 45 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
